LimeSurvey: Free Alternative to SurveyMonkey

LimeSurvey LogoLearning professionals need a way to meaningful measure their training initiatives.   While there are many free survey sites available today, SurveyMonkey seems to have found its way to the top of that list.  However, despite the benefits of SurveyMonkey’s free plan, it’s still pretty limited.

If you are looking for something that is robust like SurveyMonkey but doesn’t carry the pricetag, then try the free alternative to SurveyMonkey: LimeSurvey.

Thank you, Brian ;). For all people who would like to use the open source software LimeSurvey, but don’t have the means to host it, you can use LimeService ( ) – which is the official hosting platform by the LimeSurvey team.

Sir, as part of an Institutional set-up we would like to know further details regarding the User account means whether a LIME survey can have unlimited users under an account with single billing ??
The second question relates to how many Number of questions and Number of responses per survey can take shape?? Also random questions / responses ??
Can a LIME survey validate a survey response ??
Its usage in SPSS and real time reporting ??
How many templates can it customize ??
Does it contain a Multiple custom report, a Thank you Page , a completion Progress Bar & able to send survey via Email / Weblink and Twitter ??
Last but not least, can all of its features be accessed freely without any payment, or as an Institutional set up do we have to subscribe to annual payment in case of its access.

We would kindly request you to reply to these queries as we intend to set it . We eagerly await your early response.

    Thank you in helping out.
    Regards ,
